Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks a Facilities & Utilities Supervisor to lead the site facilities, utilities and energy management within a GMP environment. You will drive asset care, reliability improvements and contractor management while ensuring compliance and cost effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality and EHS to deliver safe, compliant operations, implement maintenance strategies, optimise energy use and support capital projects from design through handover.

Qualifications

• Engineering, maintenance, facilities or related technical qualification.
• Significant experience in facilities, utilities or maintenance within GMP/pharmaceutical environments.
• Proven experience supervising technicians and managing contractors.
• Strong experience with CMMS systems (Maximo/SAP).
• Knowledge of HVAC, utilities, and building services.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and maintenance of site facilities, utilities and infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant operation.
• Plan and coordinate preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance activities based on safety and production risk.
• Maintain PM compliance and minimise downtime across equipment and utilities.
• Develop maintenance strategies for critical facilities and utility assets.
• Ensure assets are integrated into Maximo with PMs, spares and handover processes.
• Support energy budgets, reporting and site sustainability objectives.
• Ensure GMP, EHS and quality records and procedures are followed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability and reduce costs.
