Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is hiring a Facilities Support Technician with an electrical/mechanical background to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site. You will retrieve and analyze data, generate reports for Engineering, Quality and Operations, and ensure documentation is audit-ready.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will use Maximo CMMS, support GMP standards, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee external contractors while promoting safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related experience.
• Strong electrical or mechanical background.
• Proficiency with Maximo CMMS.
• Solid understanding of GMP standards.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with BMS/EMS systems.
• Experience or exposure to report writing.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, compile, and analyze data from internal systems.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and process data to support investigations.
• Assist with trend analysis and data evaluation for improvements.
• Support the management and closure of Non-Conformances with proper documentation.
• Prepare & review controlled documentation (SOPs, reports).
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to gather information.
• Provide technical input into quality issues based on hands-on experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are documented and records are audit-ready.
• Utilize Maximo CMMS to track maintenance activities.
• Maintain GMP-compliant maintenance tasks and promote safety.
• Participate in audits and risk assessments; oversee external contractors.
