Job summary

AbbVie in Ballytivnan, Sligo, is seeking a Facilities Engineer for a permanent, on-site role. You will manage the site facilities request process and act as the primary contact for the facilities works service provider, reporting to the Site Services Lead.

The role covers GMP and non-GMP areas, pest control, cleaning, canteen services, audits, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have an engineering degree and several years of cross-department experience, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a cGMP environment.
• Minimum 5+ years work experience.
• Ability to work across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pest control program and on-site service provider.
• Manage facility cleaning program and cleaning service provider across GMP and non-GMP areas.
• Oversee canteen services and the on-site canteen service provider.
• Present quality management reviews for GMP cleaning and pest control programs.
• Act as the site’s lead contact for internal, global, and regulatory audits.
