Job summary

Faithlegg in Munster, Ireland is seeking an experienced and ambitious Food and Beverage Duty Manager to support HODs in developing and maximizing opportunities across all F&B outlets. You will lead the team, drive guest satisfaction and assist in achieving key targets.

You will collaborate with the F&B team to deliver current offerings, introduce promotions, maintain high service standards, and ensure HACCP and health and safety compliance. A dynamic, guest-focused leader is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' F&B supervisory experience in a 4-star hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with guests and colleagues.
• IT literacy with ability to use hospitality management systems.
• Motivates and leads teams to deliver high guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HODs to develop and maximise F&B opportunities.
• Plan, organise, and review service to provide guests with excellent experiences.
• Lead a large team with enthusiasm and genuine care for guests.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff supervision of F&B outlets.
• Assist in staff training to required standards and audit processes.
• Assist in stock takes and maintain HACCP and safety standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and drive improvements.
• Support in running all F&B outlets in absence of HOD.
