Job summary

Faithlegg is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to partner with Heads of Department and maximise opportunities across all outlets. You will help develop and lead the team, while driving guest satisfaction and achieving targets.

The role involves coaching staff, maintaining HACCP and safety standards, and stepping in for HOD when required in a dynamic 4-star hospitality setting in Waterford.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' Food & Beverage supervisory level experience within the 4 Star Hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high standards of guest service.
• Experience of employee training and development.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Team to deliver current product offerings, create new ideas and promotions to generate new revenue streams.
• Assist in planning, organising, controlling and review of service and systems to provide the best possible service to guests.
• Lead a large team with enthusiasm, eagerness and with a genuine care for guests.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of food and beverage outlets ensuring they are adequately staffed and supervised.
• Assist in ensuring that team members are trained to the required standard within agreed timeframes.
• Assist in the development and auditing of standards and systems within the F&B areas.
• Work with each HOD to ensure stock takes as required are carried out.
• Deal professionally with guest complaints and feedback.
• Ensure HACCP and health & safety standards are maintained.
• Assist in the running of all F&B Outlets in the absence of HOD.

An experienced and ambitious Food and Beverage Duty Manager who will be primarily focused on assisting and collaborating with HOD's to develop and maximise opportunities in all food and beverage outlets; assist in the development, motivation and leading the team, while achieving key targets.

Key Responsibilities
