Job summary

Kingspan Insulation is seeking a manufacturing/warehouse team member to operate lines and support quality control in a fast-paced environment. The role requires teamwork, ability to follow directions, and readiness for shift work including overtime.

You will measure product quality, input data into SAP, assist maintenance, and help with changeovers and paperwork. Forklift licensing is required or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of manufacturing/warehouse experience or equivalent experience providing required skills.
• Must have forklift operator license or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and procedures; must communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team, handle shift schedules and overtime as needed.
• Basic math, reading, and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate process lines and equipment; perform minor maintenance.
• Measure product quality properties; input data into SAP; maintain quality within spec.
• Assist Line Lead/Area Leader with mechanical repairs.
• Perform product changeovers; verify changes and complete required paperwork.
• Adjust lines to ensure product quality.
• Assist other operators as needed; remove and grind scrap.
• Notify leaders of equipment or process problems.
