The Brooklyn in Swords, Ireland is seeking an experienced Mixologist to join our bar team. You will provide friendly, attentive service and craft high-quality cocktails to meet recipes, presentation, and timing standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of mixology experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy setting. A passion for cocktails and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for cocktails.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality drinks meeting recipe, presentation, and timing standards.
• Acknowledge guests and welcome them to the bar.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and promotional products.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.

Minimum Mixologist 2 Years Experience

• Knowledge of measures, Spirits, Sugars etc.
• Passion for cocktails
• Deliver consistent, highquality drinks that meet recipe, presentation, and timing standards.
• To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the bar.
• To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings; including menu's, wine's, hot and cold beverages, gelato and promotional products.
• To participate in all relevant internal training.
• To maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
• To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
