Job summary

DOYLE CONCRETE is seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to inspect, repair and maintain our fleet of heavy trucks and trailers in Ireland. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, carry out repairs and preventative maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, hold Level 6 qualifications (incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate) and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance.

• Level 6 qualification including Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate.
• English fluency (C2) required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and maintain fleet of heavy trucks and trailers.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnose faults.
• Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain detailed service records and comply with safety regulations.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades as required.
• Collaborate with team to improve maintenance efficiency.
