Kevin McAllen Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our team in Ballincollig, Co. Cork. The role requires masonry skills, 2+ years of field experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

The position is full-time and permanent, offering 39 hours per week and a competitive annual salary of €42,000. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site in Ireland with opportunities for progression within a reputable construction company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bricklayer, Blocklayer, or Mason.
• Strong understanding of bricklaying and masonry techniques.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform bricklaying, blocklaying, and masonry work according to plans and specifications.
• Lay bricks and blocks to build walls, partitions, chimneys, and structural elements.
• Prepare and apply mortar, cement, and other materials.
• Read and follow technical drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
• Repair and restore existing masonry structures as required.
• Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with site managers, labourers, and other trades on construction projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and tidy condition.
