You'll leverage AI tools to streamline development and improve efficiency.Your contributions will have visible impact on our core product—improving time-to-market and satisfying current and future customer needs.**Key Responsibilities****Technical Design & Development*** Design and develop cutting-edge system software products.* Drive performance optimization and efficient memory management.* Develop innovative solutions addressing challenges in virtualization, multithreading, and hardware–software interaction.* Design and implement robust, scalable solutions for complex challenges.* Proactively identify bottlenecks in system design and implement scalable solutions.* Perform in-depth debugging, triaging, and resolution for a variety of issues.**Collaboration & Innovation*** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design goals and ensure seamless integration with the system architecture.* Explore and implement new methodologies fostering continuous improvement and innovation.* Stay updated on evolving trends in virtualization technologies to bring innovative practices to the team.* Exhibit flexibility in taking on new or related tasks, showcasing adaptability and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.**Knowledge and Skills*** In-depth working knowledge and hands-on backend experience.* At least 5 years of expertise in C#.* AI adopter with proven hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to streamline software development, improve engineering efficiency, and support a continuous-learning mindset.* Strong knowledge of Linux and virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and OpenShift.* Deep expertise in software systems design, development methodologies, and integration across diverse platforms and technologies.* Strong ability to innovate and bring fresh approaches to technical challenges.* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and sharp analytical abilities.* Exceptional communication skills to effectively present and discuss technical designs, proposals, and solutions with senior management and stakeholders.* Ability to work autonomously.**Education and Experience*** Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.* 5+ years of backend experience.* Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to streamline software development**Accessibility** HPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
