Job summary

The Construction Industry Federation (CIF) is seeking an Executive for the Specialist Contracting Services Department based in our Dublin office, with a flexible remote work policy. You will support member organisations and help drive the digitalisation and modernisation of the construction sector.

Reporting to the Director of Specialist Contracting Services, you will work in a small team delivering policy, contracting, tendering and procurement support, while strengthening relationships with

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior administration, project delivery, professional services, policy/research, or marketing/business development role, ideally in the construction sector.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of services to CIF members across contracting, tendering and procurement policy areas.
• Plan and coordinate with Membership in growing specialist contracting membership.
• Organise and facilitate member meetings and networking events; lead working groups and committees.
