CRH International is recruiting for the position of Executive Assistant, International Leadership Team based in Dublin. This role provides high-level administrative support to the CHRO and other leaders, with diary management, travel coordination, and governance activities.

You will work across geographies, manage complex schedules, handle confidential information, and collaborate with assistants across the CRH group.

Position Overview

CRH International is currently recruiting for the position of Executive Assistant, International Leadership Team. This role is based in Dublin.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supporting both the CHRO and another member of the International Leadership Team on a full range of Executive Assistant duties – including;
• Pro-actively managing and optimizing diaries, daily schedule and priorities, ensuring effective use of time, including anticipating scheduling conflicts and resolving them proactively.
• Managing complex travel schedules, ensuring efficient planning while accommodating changing business needs; preparing travel packs, briefing materials and itineraries for business trips, as required.
• Ensuring first screening e-mails, answering directly appointment requests and highlight actions and requests with tight deadlines.
• Organizing on-site and off-site meetings and events including meeting logistics, including but not limited to; venue sourcing, room bookings, accommodation, catering and transport.
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with Executive Assistants across CRH to ensure seamless coordination across geographies and functions.
• Managing the processing of invoices and expenses through internal systems.
• Supporting governance activities, including coordinating approvals, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Experience / Education

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior EA role.
• Previous experience within a large complex, global organisation working for senior leadership essential.
• Global travel arrangements experience essential.
• Experience of supporting large organisation meetings and events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an aptitude to learn new software.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to deal well with people at all levels within the organisation with the ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of the role.
• Self-motivated, possess outstanding organisational and time management skills, and be able to work on own initiative and work remotely.

• A team-player, showing enthusiasm with a “can-do” and “hands on” attitude.
