Job summary

The People Group is seeking an Exhibition & Event Manager to own client events and exhibitions from brief through to delivery. This hands-on role covers stand design, production, suppliers, logistics, budgets and on-site delivery.

With 3–5 years' events experience, you will work with well-known brands across Ireland and Europe, coordinating every detail while leading the project and maintaining strong client relationships. This is an on-site Dublin 12 role.

A well-established boutique marketing and events agency is growing and looking for an Exhibition & Event Manager to take ownership of client events and exhibitions from brief through to delivery.

This is a hands-on role working with well-known brands across Ireland and Europe, coordinating everything from stand design and production to suppliers, logistics, budgets and on-site delivery.

You'll work closely with a creative, collaborative team and see projects go from initial idea to reality.

This could be a great next step for someone who has 3-5 years' events experience in an agency or corporate environment and is ready to take more ownership.

You might currently be part of a larger events team and be looking for the opportunity to become the person running the project rather than supporting it.

You'll have plenty of training and support initially, but we're looking for someone organised, confident and commercially minded who can ultimately take the lead, manage clients and suppliers and keep projects moving.

This is a five-day, on-site role in Crumlin, Dublin 12, so the ability and willingness to work on-site every day is essential.

You'll need experience managing events or exhibitions, strong client and supplier skills, excellent organisation and the ability to stay calm when deadlines are tight.
