Job summary

The Slieve Russell Hotel and Country Club is seeking staff for evening and weekend shifts, including school holidays. You will focus on cleaning duties across bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, maintaining high standards and reporting any faults.

Candidates should have excellent presentation, customer service, and the ability to communicate well in English, with experience in cleaning being advantageous. Training and career progression opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
• Report maintenance faults to Accommodation Management.
• Know all hotel facilities and opening hours and provide information to guests.
• Ensure dept procedures are followed and training is attended.
• Keep knowledge of department products and hotel services up to date.
• Attend all training courses as notified by management.

Are you hoping seeking an evenings and weekend and school holiday role?

Do you have a high level of attention to detail and are you able to work evening time from 4pm midweek and both Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am to 3.30pm as well as midweek hours during school closures if required?

What are we looking for?

• Excellent presentation,
• Exceptional Customer service and communication skills,
• Positive Attitude
• Good command of the English Language
• Experience in a cleaning role would be a distinct advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedures
• To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in bedrooms and bathrooms and areas of work throughout the hotel, including corridors, fire exits /stores.
• To report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team
• To have a full knowledge of all Accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours
• To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work.
• To have a full knowledge of all products in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
• Attend all training courses as notified to you by management
