Job summary

The Merrion Hotel in Dublin is recruiting a part-time Turndown Assistant to join our luxury team. You will service guest rooms, corridors and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in line with departmental manuals.

We offer training, supportive colleagues, and a range of benefits including free English classes, meals on duty, discounts, and a contributory pension. Shift hours are typically 5:30pm to 10:30pm, four to five days per week, with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong guest focus and communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to multitask across rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Service guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the required standard.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping trolleys.
• Complete cleaning checklists as required.
• Handle all lost property and report to a senior on duty.
• Communicate effectively with the senior on duty.
