Centra Farranfore is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will ensure daily store operations run smoothly, manage staff responsibilities, and maintain strong merchandising standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, the ability to work in a fast-paced team, and a proactive approach to training and development.

• Minimum 1 years experience in a customer service facing role

• Ability to multi task under pressure
• Organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store

Main purpose of the role:
Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

About the locality:

14-22 shift

Mainly Monday to Friday every week with the odd weekend required

Fast paced enviroment with good pay
