Sienna Senior Living in Barrie, ON is seeking a Personal Support Worker for an evening, temporary part-time role in our Long Term Care team. You will build relationships with residents and support daily living activities according to each resident's plan.

With additional training, you may assist with medications under supervision, provide mobility assistance, and support cognitive, social, and emotional well-being. We value compassion, attention to detail, and respectful communication.

Formación

• Completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college.
• Compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work with seniors.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in bedside care.
• Tact and diplomacy when interacting with residents and families.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• With training, administer medications under supervision.
• Provide resident supervision and assistance with mobility and daily activities.
• Facilitate resident programs and activities with the Resident Experience Team.
• Provide cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support to residents.
