Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Assistant (Temporary Part Time) to support Waterford Kingston residents with engaging activities and wellness programs. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment and coordinate leisure activities, while building meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

The role requires English communication, relevant certifications, and a compassionate approach to elder care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors and understanding wellbeing and leisure principles.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, portering, and driving; available for multiple shifts.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsabilités

• Track participation and engagement data as per guidelines.
• Assist in completing and distributing the monthly event calendar.
• Maintain leisure areas and bulletin boards to support resident activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families in a timely manner.
• Follow health and safety policies and emergency procedures.
