Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Evening Kitchen Porter for Grangecastle, Dublin 22. This full-time, 37.5-hour week role runs 3:00pm–11:00pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover. You’ll keep kitchens spotless, assist with deliveries, waste disposal, and food prep while supporting a busy culinary team.

Full training is provided; prior kitchen experience is a plus. The role offers career development opportunities and access to Sodexo benefits and parking on site.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen porter experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Good eye for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willingness to pitch in as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues
