Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, warehousing or machinery operation is preferred.
• Comfortable working in cold-room and freezer environments.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Willing to work varied shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and bagging machinery
• Monitor equipment and identify basic mechanical issues
• Carry out minor adjustments and report faults
• Monitor production lines to maintain quality
• Bag, seal, label and stack finished products
• Load and unload stock and assist with dispatch and warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Follow hygiene, health and safety procedures
