Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Evening Cleaning Team Lead for Grange Castle, full-time with 39 hours per week. The role oversees DOC operations, ensures high hygiene standards, and leads the team on-site during a 2:30-22:30 Mon-Wed and 2:00-22:00 Thu-Fri schedule.

You will manage safety, scheduling, training, and performance while driving cost control and quality targets for a prestigious corporate site. Sodexo offers extensive benefits and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day DOC operations on the client site, supervising the team and ensuring schedules are delivered according to site requirements.
• Maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards across all areas through spot checks and planning.
• Manage Health & Safety and compliance, promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring COSHH, fire and hygiene compliance.
• Develop the team including recruitment, induction, training, payroll administration, and records management.
• Manage systems and resources, including Kronos scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor and report performance, maintaining logs, safety metrics and KPIs to meet standards and targets.
• Provide strong on-site leadership and act as the main contact for DOC-related issues.
