Job summary

Joe Duffy Group, Ireland's leading motor retailer, seeks a Qualified Technician for its Volkswagen Navan dealership in Navan, County Meath. The role offers extensive VW manufacturer training across Electric, Hybrid, High Voltage and ICE vehicles, with career progression and modern facilities.

You will perform maintenance, service and repair on VW vehicles to the highest standard, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety and quality in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, career‑focused Technician/Mechanic or Fitter seeking to elevate skills through VW manufacturer training.
• Must hold a full Irish or EU driving licence and a full-time work VISA where applicable.

Responsibilities

• To undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on Volkswagen vehicles to a high standard within scheduled times.
• To deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• To diagnose faults, replace components and ensure safe, reliable vehicle operation.
• To comply with VW service instructions and maintain clean, safe work areas.
