Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site in Athenry. You will lead and manage Engineering resources responsible for day-to-day manufacturing operations, equipment performance, validation, capacity expansion, and operational readiness across the Applicator area.

You will work with Manufacturing Managers to ensure processes meet targets at lowest cost, drive improvements, and lead a team using Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related engineering field.
• 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of automated manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering resources for day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Support equipment performance, validation, and qualification activities across the Applicator area.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers to meet targets and quality requirements.
• Drive capacity, cycle time, and productivity improvements.
• mentor engineering team and lead change initiatives.
