Job summary

Diageo in Ireland is seeking a Primary Logistics Manager for beer to lead safe, cost-efficient and sustainable movement from production sites to market destinations.

You'll oversee about 4 production sites, a network of warehouses and third-party providers, guiding a 20+ team and driving service, cost and inventory performance.

This role demands stakeholder collaboration across Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Market Supply to deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or related field.
• Proven track record leading a team delivering service, cost, cash, and productivity results.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and strategic supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations.
• Experience in complex, cross-functional, multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable and cost-effective primary logistics for beer category.
• Oversee multi-site logistics across ports, rail, warehousing and transport.
• Drive service, cost, cash and sustainability objectives.
• Lead a team and oversee third-party logistics partners.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, and Market Supply teams.
