Job summary

Citibank Europe Plc seeks a senior Product Management executive to lead European Custody strategy, ensuring alignment across 11 markets. You will own product plans, governance, and interactions with regulators and clients, driving AI-enabled efficiencies and strong financial performance.

You will steward risk, DORA compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with tech, ops, legal and finance, while leading a European team to deliver strategic growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements across European custody.
• Experience with AI in product development and digital ops.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for European Custody across the Single Legal Vehicle.
• Own and manage product portfolio, P&L and regulatory compliance.
• Lead governance forums, regulatory interactions and client engagements.
• Drive AI opportunities to improve product workflows and delivery.
• Coordinate risk events with IBRC and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead Monthly Business Reviews and manage European teams.
• Oversee DORA compliance and engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland.
• Represent Citi in market meetings and industry groups.
