Job summary

ICDS Constructors, part of ICDS Group, is seeking a European Business Development Manager to lead growth across Europe in construction and civil engineering sectors. You’ll win new clients, forge strategic partnerships, and secure long‑term, profitable contracts while coordinating with operations and compliance teams.

Based at head office with hybrid working and EU travel, you’ll build senior‑level client relationships, represent the company at events, and shape ICDS’ European growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in business development, construction recruitment, engineering, or labour supply.
• Proven track record of winning business across European markets.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across key European markets.
• Identify and win new clients across multiple construction sectors.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships (contractors, developers, project owners).
• Prepare and negotiate tenders, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure top-tier delivery.
• Represent ICDS at industry events and client sites across Europe.
