Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Product Strategy Manager to lead the CDE strategy for Europe and to evolve Procore's construction platform for the European market. You will work with Product Directors, VPs, and development teams to deliver differentiated products and drive adoption.

This role requires close collaboration with Go-To-Market teams across Europe and a strong focus on AI-enabled, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company.
5+ years of Product Management experience working on construction CDEs or related products in the European market.
Experience with European construction industry standards and compliance requirements related to Document Management and CDEs.

Responsibilities

Define measurable goals and product outcomes aligned with Procore's objectives.
Lead strategy and prioritization for Europe, ensuring compliance and competitive differentiation.
Foster collaboration between product managers, engineers, and designers for seamless CDE delivery.
Coordinate with Go-To-Market and leadership across Europe for aligned execution.
Create dashboards and KPIs to measure performance and adoption.
