Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a results-driven business development professional to expand our agency ecosystem across Europe. You will identify, engage, and onboard independent agencies, helping them unlock growth opportunities for their clients on the platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive revenue, manage long-term partnerships, and represent Pinterest at industry events, ensuring strong adoption and continued success.

Qualifications

• Proven success in agency sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience building and growing relationships with agencies, advertisers, or strategic partners.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and KPI-driven growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire high-potential independent agencies across key European markets.
• Build and nurture agency relationships through strategic outreach and long-term partnership development.
• Understand agency objectives and position Pinterest as a strategic advertising partner.
• Develop tailored proposals and business cases using platform insights and case studies.
• Manage the full acquisition cycle from prospecting through onboarding and activation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams.
