Job summary

KAST.xyz is seeking a General Manager (Europe) based in Dublin to scale presence across the European Union, leading post-merger integration, regulatory licensing, and growth across Product, Growth, Partners and Commercial. You will oversee cross-border licensing, pricing, and Europe-wide market expansion.

The role requires 10+ years in senior leadership in fintech/payments, direct engagement with regulators, and proven M&A integration experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior executive role (GM/MD/VP Growth) in fintech or payments.
• Direct experience with Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) licensing or supervision.
• Proven regulator engagement for cross-border payments licensing.
• Experience managing post-merger integrations and team restructures.
• Deep knowledge of B2B/B2C payments workflows and card/issuer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of UK/EU teams to KAST and align cultures.
• Coordinate post-merger activities with legal/regulatory partners.
• Oversee licensing, compliance, and regulatory approvals for cross-border operations.
• Ensure product/licensing fit under new regulatory licences across Europe.
• Negotiate pricing and govern European commercial flows to maintain margins.
• Drive growth and adoption of KAST Business and KAST Private in Europe.
