Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering metric-driven EU/ promotional campaigns.
• Ability to research markets and interpret information.
• Proven ability to build relationships with industry and senior leaders.
• Public speaking experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of EU/regulatory frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage aspects of EU Co-Funded Information & Promotion Campaigns, focusing on Dairy Ingredients campaigns.
• Coordinate creative content development and campaign assets across channels.
• Validate assets align with strategy and EU regulations.
• Digitise and archive campaign collateral in central repositories.
• Develop and circulate updates with stakeholders in liaison with the Programme Specialist.
• Coordinate inward study visits and support travel to Asia for campaign delivery.
• Assist in annual EU Commission audit documentation and deadlines.
• Support pipeline development for future EU promotions.
• Contribute to EU funding strategy and Bord Bia planning processes.
