Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search partners with a multinational financial services firm to hire an Operations Manager (French Market) for its Dublin operation. The role oversees end-to-end claims, complaints and customer service, and drives process improvements across Europe.

You will lead teams via Team Leads, monitor KPIs and shape an increasingly AI-enabled operating model, while fostering a high-performance, cross-cultural culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ proven experience in Operations Management within insurance or financial services.
• Experience leading claims, complaints, customer service and/or analyst teams across multi-site or international environments.
• Process-led organisational background.
• Mature leadership style; able to lead through Team Leads.
• Excellent analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Concise, effective communicator across cultures and hierarchies.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and data-driven ways of working.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise end-to-end processes for claims, complaint handling and customer service.
• Lead multi-disciplinary operational streams, each managed by a Team Lead.
• Monitor KPIs, build dashboards and produce operational reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for complex and sensitive claims/complaints.
• Drive transformation towards a process-led, AI-enabled operating model.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and performance management for a multicultural team.
