Job summary

Praxy is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to oversee the strategic management and governance of European fund ranges. You will guide products through their lifecycle, coordinate launches, amendments and closures while ensuring governance and customer needs are met.

The role involves working with Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business. Flexible working options may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in product strategy, development and lifecycle management within asset management.
• Knowledge of launching, registering, operating and amending pooled investment funds across jurisdictions.
• Understanding of UCITS and non-UCITS fund structures and regulatory governance.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end lifecycle management of European funds, including launches, amendments and closures.
• Coordinate product projects, milestones, testing, risks and issues.
• Ensure fund documentation aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct fund reviews to assess customer outcomes and product risks.
• Provide technical product support on regulation, tax, registrations and disclosures.
• Collaborate with operations and service providers to deliver product activity.
• Monitor regulatory developments to inform product strategy and design.
• Build strong relationships with governance bodies and external partners.
