Vanguard Ireland seeks a Compliance Specialist to join European Compliance in Dublin. The role provides second-line advice, oversight and constructive challenge to ensure Vanguard's regulated activities meet Irish and EU requirements.

Formación

• Experience in asset management or related regulated activities.
• Knowledge of Central Bank of Ireland requirements and supervisory expectations.
• Familiarity with UCITS, MiFID II, cross-border distribution and marketing compliance.
• Experience contributing to regulatory change, compliance risk assessments, monitoring or regulatory engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear, practical and risk-based Compliance advice to business stakeholders on Irish and EU regulatory requirements.
• Exercise independent judgement and provide constructive challenges to first-line proposals and controls.
• Support oversight of Vanguard Ireland's regulated activities and European branch activities.
• Interpret regulatory developments and translate them into impact assessments, policies and training.
• Support information requests, supervisory engagements, inspections and other regulatory interactions.
