Job summary

State Street in Dublin is seeking an Officer to oversee ETF fund accounting for a portfolio of clients. You will manage NAV production, SLA delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration with tech and change teams, while coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.

You will lead operational risk reviews, drive process improvements and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and experience in ETF Operations or Asset Servicing are required, with advanced Excel skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in Fund Accounting, ETF Operations, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing.
• Understanding of ETF fund structures and investments preferred.
• Experience leading operational workflows and managing complex client relationships.
• Experience participating in risk reviews and client governance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NAV production and fund accounting activities; meet SLAs and control requirements.
• Lead a portfolio of ETF clients and contribute to growth and development of the ETF business.
• Act as escalation point for complex operational or client issues.
• Partner with technology and change teams on strategic projects.
• Support talent development through coaching and mentoring.
• Monitor capacity, workflow allocation and operational resilience.
• Participate in client service reviews and operational discussions.
• Identify operational risks and drive remediation activities.
