Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION in Dublin seeks an ETF Accounting Officer to oversee daily NAV production and fund accounting for a portfolio of ETF clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, work with technology and control functions, and drive operational excellence while supporting business growth.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and strong Excel skills are essential. Experience in ETF operations or asset servicing helps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Experience in Fund Accounting, ETF Operations, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NAV production and fund accounting activities to meet SLAs.
• Lead a portfolio of ETF clients and contribute to growth of ETF business.
• Act as escalation point for complex operational and client issues.
• Collaborate with technology and change teams on strategic projects.
• Support talent development through coaching and technical leadership.
