Job summary

BNY Mellon in Dublin, Ireland seeks an Associate to join the ETF Baskets team. The role operates on rotation shifts from 06:00–14:30 to 09:00–17:30, supporting timely fund accounting and client service.

You will help manage basket production, ensure policy adherence, and lead a small to medium team of fund administrators. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and fluent English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–8 years in a fund accounting, custody or related setting.
• Experience with ETF baskets is desirable.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all team work.
• Adhere to BNY Mellon policies, procedures and controls at all times.
• Manage basket production workflow for multiple clients/funds.
• Review data and resolve escalated issues in daily/weekly/monthly cycles.
• Address client concerns promptly within agreed timelines.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of a small to medium team of fund administrators.
• Assist with planning, testing and implementation of internal and client projects.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our ETF Baskets team in Dublin, Ireland. The position requires working rotation shifts from 06:00–14:30 to 09:00–17:30.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all work within the team.
• Ensuring adherence to BNY Mellon standard policies, procedures and controls at all times.
• Managing the basket production workflow to service multiple clients/funds.
• Reviews data and assists in resolving escalated problems that may arise during the normal daily, weekly or monthly accounting and reporting.
• Ensuring client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable.
• Supervises/manages the day-to-day operations of a small to medium-sized team of fund administrators and fund accounting support team.
• Assist, as required, with planning, testing and implementation of internal and client driven projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3-8 years experience within a similar environment.
• Experience in Fund Accounting, Custody or Middle Office.
• ETF Baskets experience desirable.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
