Ithemba Recruitment- Sourcing Top Talent is seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to safeguard a private estate and its staff. You will lead a small team of Safety Officers, conducting inductions, safety briefings and ongoing training while ensuring all equipment and procedures meet regulatory standards.

You will coordinate with Estate management, external contractors and CPPA/Royal Clinic inspectors, handling emergencies and driving ongoing safety improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a safety team in large estates or facilities.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and incident reporting.
• Proven ability to implement safety policies and training.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety team (up to 5 Officers) and schedule duties.
• Conduct safety briefings, inductions and training for staff.
• Respond to emergencies and manage crisis calmly.
• Develop inspection programs and checklists for safety equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and estate personnel on safety compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly safety reports and incident templates.
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to ISO-9001 and other safety standards.
