Job summary

Sylvera is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer in Ireland to support our compliance framework under the ESMA EU ESG Ratings Regulation. You will embed governance arrangements and work with the global team to address regulatory obligations.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will monitor ESMA guidelines, develop policies, maintain records, and ensure ongoing compliance. This role is remote within Ireland with opportunities to engage across the Sylvera group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management and the board on regulatory compliance matters and provide regular compliance reporting.
