Qualifications

• 8+ years of team management experience preferred.
• Business/Finance degree or equivalent preferred.
• Share plan experience preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in an operational environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong numeric ability with data analysis and reporting focus.
• Experience supporting product enhancement workstreams, system development, or client onboarding desirable.
• Strong understanding of controls, audit requirements, and compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support multiple operational teams effectively, ensuring priorities and deliverables.
• Ensure customer and employee satisfaction and successful completion of tasks.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development for Team Leads and staff.
• Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across offices.
