Job summary

Stryker in Limerick is offering a cooperative internship with the EHS team, focusing on supporting safety operations and data tasks. You will work closely with mentors to learn best practices and contribute to real-world projects in a healthcare technology setting.

You will gain hands-on experience in data extraction, reporting, process analysis, and documentation while developing professionally in a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Eligible to work in Ireland (internship).
• Enrolled at a university in Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the UK for the duration of the internship.

This role will be based in our Limerick site.

Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s 2027 Cooperative cohort.

You will work with the EHS team to deliver on their mission, which states “we will meet all regulatory requirements and drive a culture of global safety and security – safer together”.

Tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Providing the EHS function with day-to-day support to ensure a safe workplace for all.
• Assisting the team in developing projects with duties such as design, monitoring, data extraction, research, and reporting.
• Analysing process workflows and data trends.
• Preparing spreadsheets with data interpretation.
• Scheduling meetings and documenting minutes.
• Creating and maintaining reports and files.
• Performing clerical duties as assigned.

To be eligible:

• You must be currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
• You must have a valid work permit to take up an internship in Ireland.
• You must be enrolled in University in Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the UK for the duration of the internship.
