Job summary

Access Healthcare in Dublin is hiring a Recruitment Consultant. You’ll start with structured, accredited training and daily support from mentors and your manager, with a clear promotion path based on results.

You’ll build a career in recruitment by engaging clients and candidates, meeting weekly and monthly targets, and benefiting from real promotions based on performance.

• Get to know each candidate and match them to the right opportunity
• Confirm bookings and keep both sides happy

• Learn from scratch: 150+ training modules, plus one-to-one and team coaching, so you're never guessing
• Never on your own: Mentors, trainers, and your manager are on hand every day, and training happens during work hours

What you'll actually be doing:

Recruitment is a people job. You'll look after your own group of clients and make sure they always have the right people available when they need them. Day to day, you'll:
