A leading insurance provider is seeking an Entry Level Personal Lines Agent in Wexford for a hybrid role. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 H5's or equivalent or Third Level Qualification (level 6 standard).
• Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Ability to follow work through and self-motivate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephone-based support to customers on general insurance underwriting.
• Respond to customer queries about products in a timely manner.
• Retain current customers and achieve retention targets.

Education
