Job summary

The Recruitment Company Australia is seeking two Entra ID Security Engineers for a Dublin City Center IAM project on a 3-month contract, with potential extension. You will design, implement and optimise Conditional Access policies, serving as an Entra ID SME within a broader IAM team.

Ideal candidates demonstrate hands-on Entra ID (Azure AD) experience, strong IAM knowledge, and the ability to engage with technical stakeholders to secure identity environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Extensive experience designing and implementing Conditional Access policies.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale IAM or identity security projects.
• Ability to work independently as an Entra ID SME and engage effectively with technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise Conditional Access policies across the client environment.
• Work as an Entra ID SME within a wider IAM project team.
• Assess existing identity and access controls and make recommendations for improvement.
• Support the implementation of Microsoft Entra ID security policies and best practices.
• Work closely with technical and security stakeholders to ensure policies are implemented effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with Conditional Access and identity security.
