Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Ireland to help enterprise customers unlock the full potential of AI solutions.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, customer technical teams, and product groups to design scalable, tailored architectures. This role covers technical discovery, demonstrations, enablement, and implementation support, turning common needs into repeatable patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation to understand customer environments and architect integrations between AI solutions and existing systems.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical challenges, internships, or similar experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor technical messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer onsite engagements.
• Ability to work remotely from Romania.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the enterprise sales process.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and architect effective AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations of product capabilities and business value.
• Create technical enablement materials and best practices for the sales and engineering teams.
• Develop self-service resources and documentation to enable customers to adopt solutions independently.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and opportunities to standardize or productize.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn customer needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Help establish efficient internal processes for delivering technical solutions across a growing enterprise base.
• Travel regularly to customer sites to support engagements and strengthen relationships.

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will help enterprise customers unlock the full potential of cutting-edge AI solutions.
You will work closely with Account Executives, customer technical teams, and internal Product teams to design scalable, tailored solutions.
Your work will span technical discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, enablement, and customer implementation support.
You will identify recurring customer needs and turn them into standardized processes, self-service resources, and scalable product capabilities.
The role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.
You will have the opportunity to influence both individual customer outcomes and the way technical solutions are delivered at scale.

Accountabilities

• Partner strategically with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the enterprise sales process and help customers understand how solutions can address their specific needs.
• Work directly with technical stakeholders at prospective and existing customers to understand their challenges, provide tailored guidance, and architect effective solutions.
• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations that clearly showcase product capabilities, use cases, and business value.
• Develop technical enablement materials, resources, and best practices that improve the sales team's technical knowledge and effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools, documentation, and implementation resources that enable customers to adopt and integrate solutions independently.
• Identify recurring integration patterns, customer requirements, and technical challenges that could be standardized or productized.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn validated customer needs and common integration patterns into scalable product capabilities.
• Help establish efficient internal processes for delivering technical solutions across a growing enterprise customer base.
• Travel regularly to customer sites as needed to support enterprise engagements and strengthen technical relationships.

Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and innovative AI-powered products.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical challenges, whether through professional roles, internships, student organizations, side projects, or similar experiences.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand customer environments and architect integrations between AI solutions and existing systems.
• Proficiency in Python, combined with a solid understanding of software development, software architecture, APIs, and common integration patterns.
• Ability to recognize recurring customer needs and translate them into standardized, scalable solutions.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance the needs of customers, sales teams, and product organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt technical messaging and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment characterized by rapid experimentation, autonomy, and limited bureaucracy.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership beyond narrowly defined responsibilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer onsite engagements.
• Ability to work remotely from Romania.
