Job summary
Vodafone Ireland is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the SOHO & SME mobile business, partnering with Enterprise leaders to drive commercial performance and strategic decision making. You will own the Enterprise Mobile P&L end to end, oversee planning, forecasting and budgeting, and deliver financial insights to the Enterprise Director, Head of Commercial and CFO.

Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE
- Experience as a Business Partnering professional (3+ years) including Commercial Partnering
- Planning, forecasting and budgeting experience
- Financial modelling experience
- Excellent Excel skills and data literacy
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Clear communication and presentation abilities
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for SOHO & SME Mobile Financials
- Ownership of Enterprise Mobile P&L
- Monthly performance reviews with variance analysis
- Coordinate with commercial units to understand performance issues
- Oversee both financial and non-financial KPIs for Fixed performance
- Provide commercial insights to senior leadership for decision making
- Support Enterprise Mobile strategy and execution across the business
- Plan and forecast revenue and margins; prepare budgets and long-range plans
