Job summary
NTT DATA seeks an experienced AI Banking Practice Lead to drive AI-led transformation across Banking & Financial Services from Dublin. You will combine deep banking expertise with hands-on AI delivery, thought leadership, client engagement, and team leadership.
You will guide strategy, oversee cross-functional delivery, mentor AI consultants, and help scale AI capabilities while building trusted CXO relationships.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of Banking & Financial Services experience.
- Hands-on delivery of AI/ML/GenAI initiatives.
- Experience leading large transformation programs and distributed teams.
- Strong executive communication and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy, advisory, and implementation programs for banking clients.
- Provide leadership on Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, automation, and Responsible AI.
- Translate market developments into client opportunities and offerings.
- Drive AI-focused business development and pursuits.
- Develop executive presentations, POVs, and solution assets.
- Maintain CXO relationships and act as trusted advisor.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams and mentor AI consultants.
- Oversee hands-on AI solution design and use-case prioritization.
- Collaborate with tech and business stakeholders to scale AI capabilities.
