Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland seeks an AI/ML Computational Scientist to design, build, and operationalize AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients. You will blend custom models with cloud and third‑party AI services to deliver production-ready outcomes, spanning model selection, DevOps/MLOps pipelines, and ensuring system reliability.

You will work across deep learning, Gen AI, LLMs, and scalable data architectures, collaborating with business and technical teams to solve complex problems at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production at scale.
• Strong fundamentals in CS, systems, and programming.

Responsibilities

• Formulate real-world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and implement ML algorithms and models; build data pipelines for training and production with MLOps.
• Customize Deep Learning and Gen AI models for client needs across platforms including edge and HPC.
• Engage in R&D of AI/compute algorithms and simulations for client applications.
• Handle large datasets and apply preprocessing for high-quality inputs.
• Maintain data storage and retrieval for models and knowledge assets.
• Explain the business value of model approaches to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end production solutions.
