Cpl Group in Ireland is seeking a Training Coordinator within the Engineering function to coordinate and continuously improve training and development activities, ensuring compliance with company, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will identify training needs, develop effective solutions, and ensure timely delivery of programmes.

Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and trainers to build knowledge, skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Identify training needs within Engineering and coordinate training plans.
• Develop effective training solutions aligned to regulatory and company requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of training programmes to support operational objectives.

Responsabilités

• Identify training needs and coordinate the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programmes across the Engineering function.
• Monitor training activities for compliance with company, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Conduct training needs analyses and coordinate qualified trainers to support learning outcomes.
• Schedule training activities in line with Engineering rostering and operational needs.
• Act as training SME, guiding needs analysis, curriculum development, delivery, evaluation, and follow-up.
• Support induction and role-based training for new and transferring colleagues.
• Develop and review Job Function Curricula (JFCs) for employees and contractors in Engineering.
• Coordinate PDOCS and QDOCS periodic reviews within Engineering.
• Monitor, analyse, and report training compliance and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance on training compliance requirements and related queries.
• Identify capability-building and upskilling opportunities and implement training to address business needs.
• Partner with Engineering leaders to ensure training supports operational excellence.
