Job summary

Rexel Industrial Solutions (RIS) is seeking an Engineering Stores Operative to join the On Site Engineering Stores team. The role centers on efficient inventory management of MRO spares, VMI materials and consumables, with duties including receiving deliveries, cycle counting and maintaining logbooks.

Reporting to the Engineering Stores Manager, you will ensure accuracy, compliance with cGMP/GDP where applicable, and adherence to site SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced Warehouse/Engineering Stores environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.
• Manual handling equipment training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries into the Customer ERP system and distribute to on-site areas.
• Maintain stock through regular cycle counts and logbooks.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Health & Safety requirements.
• Process and pack returns to suppliers; maintain documentation (PODs).
• Support on-site stores operations and filing of documentation.
