Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to deliver complex retail technology programs across Apple Online Store, Store app, and POS systems. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across engineering, business, and partners, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strong SDLC expertise, architectural understanding, and the ability to operate across global time zones.
Imagine the impact you could have. At Apple, innovation is more than a goal — it’s our way of life. Here, bold ideas become transformative products, services, and customer experiences. We thrive on collaboration, turning individual creativity into collective brilliance, and we believe that when passionate people come together, there’s no limit to what can be achieved.
Apple’s IS&T Retail Engineering team builds and operates the technology behind Apple’s global retail experience. We’re looking for a driven Engineering Project Manager with deep experience in fast-paced e-commerce or software development environments and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results. If you’re excited by the challenge of delivering high-quality work at scale, we invite you to explore what’s possible with us.
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to deliver complex engineering projects from initiation to completion, on time and within budget. Your projects will touch every layer of Apple’s retail technology worldwide — from the Apple Online Store, the Apple Store app, and point-of-sale systems to the cross-functional platforms and integrations that power them. You’ll orchestrate collaboration across engineering, business, and partner teams, bringing the technical acumen and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
What sets this role apart is the pace and variety: you’ll lead projects that range from planned platform initiatives to time-sensitive regulatory deliveries, each with its own teams and technical landscape. The people you work with are distributed worldwide across multiple time zones, and the context changes often — building trust quickly, adapting to new domains, and being flexible with working hours when project needs dictate is part of the rhythm, not the exception. If that energises you — and you want to help define the experience millions of customers have every time they shop with Apple — this is the role.
At Apple, we believe accessibility is a fundamental human right. You’ll find that idea reflected in everything here — in our culture, our benefits and our digital tools. By welcoming as many perspectives as possible, we help you build a career where you feel like you belong.
